| One of my daughters has moved back to the Highlands area and is working at Foothill Jr. High. She was raised in Alaska, but it was pretty great that she got to know my parents in North Highlands so well (mom, Gayle Rowland, died just last year). She also enjoys my brother Steve (class of '64) and his family. I like the circles life takes us in! My son (21 years old....an "afterthought") just moved down there to attend Sierra College and live on Elkhorn.
