Michelangelo's Moses in a church named "St Peter of the Chains" Rumor has it that Michelangelo loved this statue of Moses and considered it his masterpiece when he was interrupted by the Pope to come to work on the Sistine Chapel. Allegedly, he threw his chisel in anger and you can still see the chip when you visit this statue. He needed to go to Anger Management class with his friend Mel Gibson. It's a very, very impressive statue in a beautiful, but very plain setting.
