Per his brother Dennis: ” Hi Everybody just wanted to post the passing of Ray B. Avery last night in his sleep peacefully. Ray was a graduate of the class of 1971 at Highland High in Sacramento California. I will be having a celebration of life at the V.F.W. post 4647. In North Highlands in the near future.
